When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete the insurance and health information forms that allow us to begin your dental treatment.
We will also ask you to fill out several forms that will get you better acquainted with our office.
What To Expect During Your Dentist Appointment
Most new patient visits consist of a professional teeth cleaning, any necessary x-rays, and a thorough examination. This visit will help us get to know you and learn about your goals for your dental treatment.
If your first visit is for a dental emergency, only the tooth in question will be addressed. Depending on the diagnosis, an additional appointment to follow up and provide more thorough dental care may be recommended.

As part of the examination, we offer a diagnosis and an overview of alternative treatments that may exist, as well as our expert recommendations for additional care.
