Sydney Schneider - Dental Hygienist
We are so happy to have Sydney as a part of our team and are confident you will all love her as much as we do. Sydney graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2004 with a Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene. She has worked in a variety of settings with both children and adults. Sydney prefers the small-town practice feel where she can form meaningful relationships with her patients. She considers herself a patient advocate and strives to bridge the gap between the dentist and patient in order to provide the best care possible for each patient. Sydney was raised in a small farming community and married a farmer/rancher. Her family is very active in their community.
Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family, riding horses, helping on the farm, working cows, crafting and chasing her kids around to different sporting events and rodeos.
Sandra Perry - Dental Hygienist
Sandra has been an active part of the dental field since 2015. She was born and raised in Oregon, and then joined the Air Force and was stationed in Oklahoma. While in Oklahoma she met her husband Nathan, who is currently active duty in the Air Force, and continued here higher education, graduating with her degree in Dental Hygiene in 2015. Her husband’s active duty career as a Boom Operator allowed them to move to back out West and continue to serve our country from Fairchild Air Force Base. Sandra’s favorite part of her job is providing patients with the experience of excellent, painless, dental care and a great smile! She loves to get to know her patients and build long-term relationships with them. She especially feels accomplished when she can take her patients’ previous negative memories of dentistry and have them leaving happy and confident that they received dental care and alleviated their prior fears and concerns. In her spare time Sandra loves to be outdoors with her husband Nathan and two Australian Shepherds, boating in the warmer months, cooking, and baking.

Jonathan Burton, MBA - Director of Operations
Jonathan brings his background in engineering and business administration to build, develop, and enhance our practice. Practicing engineering, managing teams, and solving complex problems has enabled Jonathan to acquire many skills that he now brings to our office. Jonathan has also been selected to serve on the board with West Plains Chamber of Commerce!
He’s inspired by the ability to create lasting relationships and make an immediate impact on patients through dentistry. Improving patients' smiles and confidence - and having them grinning ear-to-ear following a visit to our office - is immediate feedback on our work. This type of interaction is something that Jonathan finds very rewarding.
As a weekend warrior, Jonathan takes advantage of each outdoor season, and loves to hunt, ski, climb mountains, get out on the water by any means necessary, and play with his kids.
Fun fact: Jonathan’s first trip west of the Mississippi River was for an internship at the Hanford Site outside of Richland, WA. He was able to go on camping trips every other weekend throughout Oregon and Washington. He developed a love for the Northwest and a desire to live here one day. Mission accomplished!
